Paradigms do not shift themselves
2023 is over, and with a new year comes the annual opportunity to re-invent, improve and change.
Let's keep this short and sweet.
In 2023 I was flying blind with maximum effort and minimal direction. It resulted in a lot of stress, exhaustion and burn out.
2024 will be the year of hyperfocus, measured success and balancing for happiness.
